Nelli Ichiba does not offer returns or exchanges on items that do not have a manufactural defect. If there are any defects in your merchandise once you receive it, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly and we'll handle the matter. If for any reason there is a manufactural defect in your merchandise, the customer is subject to receive a replacement of the same item in the same size and color variation.
